GRANTING A LICENSE
By purchasing/downloading a sound pack from our store, we grant the customer the right to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
GRANTED RIGHTS
1.1 The customer can use the sound packs during the entire period of their existence.
1.2 The Customer may use the sound packs for personal use only. Without making any changes and edits.
COPYRIGHT
Apart from the licence rights granted in this agreement, the ownership of the sound packs on our website is and shall at all times remain the property of Engine Voice Records.
RESTRICTIONS
1.Customer may not modify any of the sound packs with the intention of claiming authorship.
1.1 The Customer may not sell the sound packs or their contents for commercial gain.
1.2 The client has no right to transfer, share sound packages or any of its parts (audio files, sii, sui files) to any other party. 1.3 The Client has no right to upload sound packages and any of its parts (Audio files, sii, sui files) to any sites, pages, groups in social networks and other resources.
1.3.The Client may not re-record or modify the audio files in the packages in any way not permitted under this Agreement.
JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with European law. This means that the purchase of sound packs/libraries through our website, and any claims arising out of or in connection with that or these Terms, will be governed by European law. All claims arising under them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the European courts.
This is a binding legal agreement between you (the Customer) and us (the Copyright Holder). By purchasing and using any of the sound packs/libraries or downloading any of our free sound packs from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
